  • TRIO is unique from other Property & Real Estate companies because we are capable of self-performing virtually every management and maintenance service that is required, and TRIO can expertly manage and maintain a property from “the curbside to the rooftop”; providing all required building and site maintenance from tenant leasing to maintaining the entire property site and building envelope. TRIO will provide a comprehensive array of property, real estate & maintenance services that work directly for and on the behalf the Property Owner and the Building Tenants.

Leasing Only Service
We will advertise and show the property to prospective tenants. We will process rental applications, handle the lease signing, and then allow the owner to manage the property.

Full Service Management
With full service management we handle all marketing and procurement of tenants for your property. We manage the property for the entirety of the lease. This service includes rent collection, tenant relations, maintenance requests, and financial reporting to you/the owner.

HOA Management
We know it can be a pain to handle HOA‘s that why we provide financial and managerial services to homeowners associations. Whether it’s finding a vendor to fulfill a need of the HOA or handling all administrative tasks, such as collection of dues, we can handle it for you!

Complete Property Maintenance
Through our sister company Premiere Building Maintenance we offer full facility maintenance from cleaning all the way through systems maintenance!
