We also have the in-house capability to provide ongoing and preventive maintenance as well as energy management oversight and energy conservation assessments.

We can serve as the owner’s representative on projects of all sizes, complexities and budgets. Acting on behalf of the client, the owner’s representative is the single point of accountability and coordinates all elements of a project.
